[TeX] Flow Chart in LaTeX?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there is any way to make flow chart in LaTeX? Maybe
any packages? Xfig can do the job but failed for Chinese.

Of course I can use Word or other applications in Windows to make it
and include that in LaTeX file. But if there is a way in *nix, it'd be
nice, right?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
