[TeX] a question about can't cct sample.ctx

tex，您好！
 	Hi,I am a beginner and have a question to ask.
	I tried to use emtex+cct(+winedt).All in D:\.
	While I can do everything to man.ctx (cct and latex and patchdvi and gsview),I almost can't do anything to sample.cyx. When cct sample,it said only 1 line was transformed to .tex file and after that when latex sample.tex it showed that chinese words can't be recognizied. 
	I'm puzzled that since it can recognize that chinese words in man.ctx(actually, those chinese words are included as  several files), why can't sample.ctx?
	 Does any error in path?
