word2tex 是个不错的 MSWord 文件转为 latex 文件的
工具.

* Auto-installing into any 32-bit Microsoft Word;
* Produces LaTeX, LaTeX2e, AMS-LaTeX, AMS-LaTeX2e

        - output document uses only standard packages;
* Converts Microsoft Equation 2.0-3.0, MathType 4.0 embedded objects to
  equations;
        - equation auto-numbering, auto-referencing algorithm;
        - recognizes whether equation is inline or display;
