我以前也碰到过类似的问题,是Wang Lei 等人帮我解决的。

对的一个问题，我的设置如下：

\titlecontents{chapter}
              [1.5em]
              {\heiti}
              {\contentslabel{4.3em}}
              {\hspace*{-4.3em}}
              {\titlerule*[0.3pc]{.}\contentspage}[\addvspace{.4pc}]
\titlecontents{section}
              [1.8em]
              {}
              {\contentslabel{2.2em}}
              {\hspace*{-2.2em}}
              {\titlerule*[0.3pc]{.}\contentspage}[\addvspace{.2pc}]
\titlecontents{subsection}
              [4.8em]
              {\zihao{5}} % note that 3.8 = 1.5 + 2.3
              {\contentslabel{3.2em}}
              {\hspace*{-3.2em}}
              {\titlerule*[0.3pc]{.}\contentspage}[\addvspace{.1pc}]

对第二个问题，我不是看的不是十分明白，我用
\setcounter{page}{1}
\renewcommand{\thepage}{\roman(arabic){page}}
实现了目录和正文页码的分别设置，同时可以用fancyhdr实现页码的灵活放置。
